About this project
This website aims to share the work carried out by Marisa Lousada in collaboration with various teams of researchers and clinicians since 2004 at the University of Aveiro. Specifically, it disseminates validated screening and assessment tools in the field of language and speech in children, as well as effective programs and resources to support clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice.

Marisa Lousada
Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy, Master's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, and Ph.D. in Health Sciences and Technologies from the University of Aveiro. Coordinating Professor with Habilitation at the School of Health Sciences of the University of Aveiro (ESSUA). Researcher at the RISE Associated Laboratory. Expert for the Agency for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Higher Education (A3ES). Co-author of several international scientific publications, and of validated assessment tools and intervention programs.
